Houses for Africa Nigeria Limited (HFAN) participated in the just concluded Exhibition. It was held as part of the activities marking the CBN Cooperative Society’s 2018 Annual General Meeting from 18th-20th April, 2018, at the Auditorium in the CBN headquarter office, Abuja.
I am certain few are aware that the Central Bank of Nigeria even has a housing coopeative arm! Well, the CBN cooperative society started in the year 1899. Cooperatives are based on the values of self-help, self-responsibility, democracy, equality, equity and solidarity.
In the tradition of their founders, cooperative members believe in the ethical values of honesty, openness, social responsibility and caring for others, and that’s what the CBN Cooperative achieves for her members.
The purpose of the Exhibition was to bring different developers from across board in the Real Estate Sector to showcase their different models of houses and how affordable it can be bought by the CBN Cooperative society Staff. It was also aimed at creating mutually beneficial relationship between our Staff and the CBN Cooperative society at large, a very well thought idea indeed!
HFAN showcased its new house models which included the 2 Bedroom Apartment (Cavalla Model) & 3 bedroom apartment (Vaal Model) and the 4 bedroom terrace duplex (Rima Model).
The River Park Estate, Abuja was officially commissioned on Monday, 23rd October, 2017 by the former Presdient Olusegun Obasanjo as a pioneer mass housing poject of the federal government under the current democratic dispensation.
Each of the housing models are uniquely and tastefully styled to suit varying individual tastes, needs and pockets!
Each of the models are well equipped with quality facilities needed for a luxurious modern day living, you won’t be dissapointed.
The exhibition provided a rare opportunity for CBN cooperative society staff to be shown the varying house models available at the River Park Estate at very affordable prices!
